Ingredienti
  • 1jar of Bio Organica Italia pitted green olives
  • 100gr of Sorana minced meat
  • 100gr of pullet minced meat
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 15gr of breadcrumbs
  • 20gr grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 20gr grated fresh pecorino cheese

  • white wine to taste
  • pink salt to taste

  • extra vergin olive oil to taste
  • 25gr of breadcrumbs for breading
  • Corn flour to taste
  • Spelt flour to taste
Istruzioni
