Pasta salad with ORGANIC PITTED BLACK OLIVES

Ingredients
  • 150 gr organic wholegrain pasta fusilli
  • 90 gr organic tuna in oil
  • 10-12 ORGANIC PITTED BLACK
  • 8 salted capers
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 finely chopped sprig of fresh parsley
  • Organic extravergine olive oil

  • 150 gr organic wholegrain pasta fusilli
  • 90 gr organic tuna in oil
  • 10-12 ORGANIC PITTED BLACK
  • 8 salted capers
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 finely chopped sprig of fresh parsley
  • Organic extravergine olive oil
Instructions
  1. Bring to boil a pot of salted water, pour the wholegrain fusilli cooking them for the time indicated on the package
  2. Drain it “al dente” and let it cool under the running cold water
  3. In the meantime prepare the dressing: combine the tuna, olives, capers and diced tomato in a bowl, add the chopped parsley and sprinkle with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  4. After draining the pasta, pour the wholegrain fusilli in the sauce and mix everything together
  5. Serve immediately, it is also excellent the day after
