Hummus of chickpeas and ORGANIC SUNDRIED TOMATOES

Ingredients
  • 400 gr of cooked chickpeas
  • 2 spon of tahina (sesamo spread)
  • lemon juice
  • 6 spons of di extravergin olive oil
  • 4 ORGANIC SUNDRIED TOMATOES in oil
  • salt to taste

Ingredients
  • 400 gr of cooked chickpeas
  • 2 spon of tahina (sesamo spread)
  • lemon juice
  • 6 spons of di extravergin olive oil
  • 4 ORGANIC SUNDRIED TOMATOES in oil
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Drain the chickpeas from the liquid and transfer them into the bowl of a mixer
  2. Add the tahina, limon juice and lightly chopped TOMATOES IN OIL, check the seasoning and activate the mixer pouring the extravergin olive oil
  3. You will need to obtain a soft but not fluid cream, ideal for spreading on croutons or as a dip for vegetables in pinzimonio
