  • 3 poons of ORGANIC BLACK OLIVE SPREAD
  • peel of half an organic lemon

Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt and gluten-free spaghetti, making them cook for the time indicated on the package
  2. Drain them “al dente”
  3. In the meantime, prepare the dressing: in a bowl, mix the ORGANIC BLACK OLIVE SPREAD with the juice of half a lemon, a spoon of organic extravirgin olive oil and a spoon of pasta cooking water
  4. After draining the pasta, season the spaghetti with the sauce obtained and sprinkle with the grated organic lemon peel
  5. serve immediately
